Customer satisfaction is guaranteed for all merchandise by bijouEshop.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 3 days of your receipt of shipment, in the original packaging. Returns are processed via mail only. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Returned payment or credit will be issued upon receipt of returned item to bijouTown.com, Less a 25% restocking fee.

You must notify us before you return any merchandise, and only after a mutual agreement will we accept a return. If the product is found to be defective in materials or in workmanship on the part of the manufaturer, or if it needs to be replaced because of a fault in manufacturing or workmanship, the manufacturer will do so with the same product, or another of the same value, at their discretion. There is no restocking fee to repair/replace defective jewelry.
All personalized Name Jewelry, including Name Necklaces, Name Rings, Name Earrings, and all customized, Special Order, worn, sized or otherwise used jewelry, are not returnable, due to the nature of the products. Since they are personalized, they cannot be restocked, even if they are in saleable condition ; therefore they cannot be returned for credit. If the product is not found to be defective on the manufacturer's part, we will not accept the return, nor will we re-credit the customer, We will not accept any returns for personalized jewelry simply because of personal preference, due to the nature of the products. We hold no obligation to hold on to merchandise returned without any notice, or without a mutual agreement on a return. In such a case, if the customer chooses to receive the returned product from us again, all shipping and handling charges that apply must be paid for by the customer.
Order Cancellation,
Customers may only cancel merchandise in 24 hours. Since we carry personalized Jewelry, customers cannot cancel orders after 24 hours.
